On a cold 21 degree morning with a slight breeze, 11 PaX showed up to endure The Cooper. Since this was my first Q the PaX were awaiting for this bobber dudes VQ to start. After a rough start and humbly being reminded to add upward inflections when the COP exercises were ending, we progressed on to The Thang. Through trials and tribulation the PaX were able to complete 3.15 miles of fun.

The start of the Thang was 10 burpees, 10 squats, 10 Merkins, and 10 Freddie Mercury (by 2s). After each set of exercises we ran one lap around the track. After a lap around the track you would then complete 9, burpees, 9 squats, 9 merkins, and 9 Freddie Mercury…rinse and repeat till you get to 0 of each exercise. To make it more fun we switched directions on the track when we hit the set of 5’s on the exercise. Most of the PaX hit 3.15 miles.
