The Thang
Tenth and Tens. Simple yet sucky.
A 0.5 mile course around Founders was set up with cones at every 0.1 mile. PAX were instructed to run 0.1 mile, stop to perform 10 reps. Run another 0.1 mile, stop for another 10 reps, etc. until 0.5 miles completed. Exercises changed every 0.5 miles as follows:
- Merkins
- BBSUs
- Merkins
- V-Ups
- Merkins
- Heals to Heaven
PAX finished between 2.0 – 3.0 miles
