500 Club

Northeast Tennessee Arrowhead (Indian Trail) Johnson City

7 doods rolled up to build their sleeves and drawers and complete the 500 club. The 500 Club is for when you just don’t have enough time for a proper 700 Club (which takes a full Saturday workout in my opinion).

Dynamic warmup followed by 20 squats and 20 merkins
THE THANG

5 exercises to be performed 100 times each broken up into five sets (30x25x20x15x10). Cones are on the field about 20 yards apart in a straight line. Bear crawl with your block to each cone before performing the next set.

  • Blockies (burpees with a block)
  • Block Swings (like kettlebell swings)
  • Block Curls
  • Block Press (overhead)
  • Block Squats (don’t skip leg day even though Gutterball destroyed our legs Tuesday)

If you finish early, complete 100 block merkins and 100 lunges in the end zone to make yours a club of 700.

No one finished early, but some got close.
