Since YHC is on a quest to cut calories and consequently lbs I got on the google machine to see which exercises burned the most. I’ll be daggummed if burpees and kettle bell swings aren’t two of them. Furthermore, since we just got through with the Murph this week why not add some more squats and merkins. But I’m no animal, I kept the rep count both manageable and meaningful.
North end of track 10 merkins…it was at this point that Gutterball noticed the overgrowth of grass on the track was perhaps not unlike some unkept and untidy…umm…how can i say it…shrubbery. Anyway
West side 5 burpees
South end 20 squats
East side (start finish) 15 kettle bell swings and 20 in cadence Freddy mercurys
Keep doing laps till time called.
