The Thang
The old = The deck of death. Each PAX took turns to pull a card and perform the exercises according to suit and number (YHC took out cards 2-5. Jack = 11 reps, Queen = 12, King = 13, Ace = 14). The new = A timer was set to alarm every 5 minutes which we all stopped for 10 burpees before returning to the deck of death beatdown. This was to stir up mumble chatter and it didn’t disappoint.
