It was a mild 70 degrees and 6 pax decided to start their day off with a solid workout.

THE THANG
This Q came as an inspiration from gutterball, low reps but trying to get solid form. There were two stations setup for the workout. The Q started at station 1 near the playground and station 2 was at the farthest street light. Once a station was complete the pac would fast mosey to the next station. The goal was to continue until 50 total reps were achieved.
- Round 1: curls x 10 then a fast mosey to station 2 for merkins x 10.
- Round 2: overhead press x 10 fast mosey to air squats x10.
- Round 3: bag/block lunges x 10 fast mosey to Freddy Mercury’s x10.
- The pax had finished in time to decide wether to do 11’s or some fun with burpees till time. The pax voted to do 11’s.
- Final round 11’s with pullups and dips.
MARY
The pax would call out their favorite ab exercise as we did 20 reps of each.
