All PAX grabbed a sandbag to be carried though the remainder of the beatdown.

Mosey to disc golf hill.

  • PAX take it in turns to run up the hill while remaining PAX AMRAP Burpees until all PAX have run the hill 2x.

Mosey to Wetlands hill.

• Round 2
  • PAX take it in turns to run up the hill while remaining PAX AMRAP BBSU until all PAX have run the hill 2x.

Mosey back to disc golf hill.

• Round 3
  • PAX take it in turns to run up the hill while remaining PAX AMRAP Overhead Press until all PAX have run the hill 2x.

Mosey to Wetlands hill

• Round 4
  • PAX take it in turns to run up the hill while remaining PAX AMRAP bent over rows until all PAX have run the hill 2x.

Mosey back to parking lot.
