Creeper Trail

Northeast Tennessee Arrowhead (Indian Trail) Johnson City

Introducing the Creeper Trail, Arrowhead style. A frosty 34 degrees was the scene for 10 Pax trying something new. The Creeper Trail needs a little work, it’s not quite there, but it has potential. But trying something new is what keeps us excited.

THE THANG
The Creeper Trail involves Pax creeping along the perimeter of the new fence, as if you’re creepily looking in on the track and all its unsuspecting people. Each segment of fence is an exercise. It’s low reps with a high number of sets. Pax were grouped based on relative speed and circled around 1.5-2 times.

  • North plain (along Lambeth) – 2 incline Merkins at each fence section.  (Watch out for the frozen, erect blades of grass that poke you in the eyes and mouth. And the rocks and dirt from construction)
  • East plain (up the hill) – 1 Squat per section (probably about 50 sections up the hill)
  • Southeast plain – 1 Burpee per section (14 sections)
  • South plain (along Car Mol) – 2 Pickle Pointers with a Crab Walk between sections (about 34 sections. – this is probably an area of the Creeper that needs to be fixed with a new exercise).
  • Complete the lap by running to Roan and around to the North plain.
