Last week, Wilbur decided to do a Ruck working, the truth is, these are my favorite. I heard a PaX from F3 Greensboro would be Down Range and I figured, this would be the day to bring some easy pain. It was a crispy, cold 32 degrees. The PaX were given a couple of instructions to follow.

- Arm Circles, Claps, RTR, Samson – it was a Michael Phelps fiesta! (each to 11)

THE THANG
Just before the Veteran Walkway, we did a PT Test
- 2 min mericans – AMRAP
- 2 min sit ups – AMRAP
We got our gear back on, and Bear Crawled the Veteran Walkway
- Stopped at the Flag, and asked – The sidewalk had places we lost American soldiers, how many did we Bear Crawl over?
- Since nobody got it right, we held our rucks over head for 2 min in silence
- Indigenous Ruck walk to the school
- Line up on the wall
- 110 step ups (right left – 1)
- 70 mericans
I mentioned a guy Down Range, welcome Espresso! He didn’t fail and drop the coupons….he wanted to see what the penalty was IF we dropped them. (8 count man makers with ruck on)
Then we sprinted the parking lot (twice)
