10 ballplayers (PAX) climbed out of bed for an 7 of Diamonds early game start. The Great Field is not exactly shaped like a diamond, but it was freshly mowed and it would suffice.

The Thang
Mosey to the Great Field. 4 stations set up on east, west, north and south side of the field approximately 30 yards apart similar to a baseball diamond. Perform the following exercises at one 4 station then run to the next and repeat. Once all 4 stations have been completed around the field, proceed to the next round:
Round 1: 7 Burpees
Round 2: 14 BBSU
Round 3: 21 Squats
Round 4: 28 Freddy Mercuries (4 ct)
Round 5: 21 Merkins
Round 6: 14 Heels to heaven
Round 7: 7 Burpees
PAX were instructed to mosey around park lap and start extra innings until all PAX had finished.
