Pax mosey to the playground where they found 5 cones laid out across the parking lot.  Because there was a great turnout (perhaps because all saw YHC had the Q…perhaps not), the pax counted off in 1’s & 2’s.

1’s started at the first cone and completed 10 burpees while 2’s began at the pull-up bars to do 5 pull-ups. Flap jack and rinse and repeat until all 10 rounds have been completed progressing through to the end of the cones and back.  If you’re scoring at home that’s 100 burpees and 50 pull-ups

Round robin dealers choice Mary. Consisted of American hammers, boat canoe (FYI we learned jobs prefers canoe…he’s not to be called on for that again),merkins (guess who picked that), squats, flutter kicks.

YHC is continuing with the idea of having simple and repetitive q’s.  Partly in an effort to encourage those thinking of their vQ that they don’t have to come up with anything cute or complicated. And partly because those are my favorite types.
