Warm-up

• TTT IC x 10 • LBAC forward IC x 10 • LBAC reverse IC x 10 • Overhead claps IC x 10 • Slow and low squat IC x 10 • WMH R/L x 10 count

The Thang

100 in 10.  100 total reps of 10 different exercises over a 10-minute period.  After 10 reps completed, rest until the next minute starts.  Tabata-style.

• Burpees • BBSUs • Skull Crushers (R/L = 1) • Lunges (R/L = 1) • Mike Tysons • V-Ups (with coupon) • Block Squats • HR Merkins • SSH (4ct = 1) • Burpees

100 in 1.  Run 0.1 miles, stop for 10 merkins.  Rinse and repeat x 10 for total distance 1 mile and 100 merkins (rudely interrupted by a burpee-train).

Repeat 100 in 10.
