THE THANG

We did a ladder starting with Cone 1, then move to Cone 2 do exercises then run back to cone 1, then move to cone 1, then 2, then 3 and run back to cone 1, etc.  Rinse and Repeat.

Cone 1 – 5 Merkins and 5 Calf Raises

Cone 2 – 5 Merkins and 5 American Hammer  — Bernie Sanders to Next Cone

Cone 3 – 5 Merkins and 5 Boat – Canoe  — Lunge to Next Cone

Cone 4 – 5 Merkins and 5 V Ups — Bernie Sanders to Next Cone

Cone 5 – 5 Merkins and 5 Dying Cockroach —  Lunge to Next Cone

Cone 6 – 5 Merkins and 5 Mike Tyson
