14 Pax gathered in the gloom of Monday Jan. 6, 2019, some for running, some for Iron Pax Challenge at the Hill.

We stretched some, ran a Ponzi lap, and did some warm up on the football field. In Ponzi’s defense, he was there before the lap.

THE THANG

We ran hard for two minutes and then recovered for two minutes, circling back to the six each time. Rinse and repeat  We ran on the track.  We ran off the track.  We ran up some hills.  We ran down some hills.  It was fun.

I have no idea what the Iron Pax Challenge guys did.  They looked tired at the end though.  I think they worked hard.
