The Thang

2020 IPC Week 1 beatdown from F3 Greenwood is called Inspector’s Gadget.  The workout is:

• 3 burpees (begin round and repeats EMOM before resuming exercises)

• 50 HR Merkins • 100 Leg Raises • 150 Jungle Boi Squats “2Spoonz Style” • 200 Big Boi Situps • 250 Stationary Lunge Steps (L + R = 1 rep)

Someone counted we completed 39 rounds (39 minutes), but I don’t believe anyone finished before time called.
