THE THANG

The Pax picked up their blocks and moseyed to Tombstone Hill.  The QIC had a deck of cards in his pocket.  It was a special deck.  It only had 36 cards.  Each suit represented a different exercise.  The number on the card was the number of reps of that exercise.

Spades- Curls- face cards were 10 reps

Diamonds- Mericans – face cards were 10 reps

Clubs- Squats- face cards were 10 reps

Hearts- Sprint to the top of Tombstone hill and do 3 burpees for numbers cards and 6 burpees for face card

We worked hard for 45 minutes and there was no time for Mary.
