We had 8 come out with some newer Pax I haven’t seen before.

Run to the end of the parking lot and back.

THE THANG

At each light post in the parking lot there two exercises. We divided up to each station and do a descending ladder starting at 10, second round we started at 8, and third round we started at 6.

Station 1: Bobby Hurley’s and SSHs

Station 2: Curls and Rows

Station 3: Overhead Press and Squats

Station 4: Sit ups and Heels to Heaven

After each time around, run up the hill and do 5 burpees. Repeat until time was called.
