7 of Diamonds w/ Bridge Lap

August 25th, 2020: 18 PAX showed up in the 68 degree clear morning for a 7 of Diamonds beat down   DISCLAIMER PRAYER COP Bridge Lap x1

THE THANG 4 cones were set up in the gloom in a quasi diamond shape.  The PAX sprint to cone 1, bear crawl to cone 2, sprint to cone 3, and crawl bear to cone 4.  At each cone the PAX performed multiples of 7 of the same exercise per lap. After completion of the diamond lap the PAX takes a bridge lap, making sure to pay the bridge (2) toll with x20 Bar Lat Pulls (1) and x20 Carolina Dry Docks (2).

• 7 Burpees • 14 V-Ups • 21 Merkins • 28 squats • 35 Lunges (1:1) • 42 Plank jacks • 49 LBCs

CIRCLE OF TRUST PRAYER MOLESKIN The Last Dance, on Netflix, documents the Bulls Championship run in 1998.  During the documentary, Michael Jordan discusses the strength of Scottie Pippen.  He explains that Scottie is a great player, but he really excels if someone stands by his side with him.  Just having some one there rises his game exponentially.  The challenge for all PAX today is to stand by someone’s side and give them strength/confidence and be the light in the world for others to see God’s Work.
