Pax instructed to stay on the track  laps 1 & 3 were identical as were 2 & 4   Lap 5 was definitely a bonus.  Laps 1/3 turn 1: 20 merkins, turn 2: 10 step ups each leg, turn 3: 20 mtn climbers, turn 4: 20 curls. Laps 2/4 turn 1: 20 merkins, turn 2: 20 squats, turn 3: 20 dying cockroach, turn 4: 25 kbs.  Lap 5 10 burpees each turn
