• Add a Zero Side Straddle Hops • Stair lap

Pattern is

3,3,3,3, 30 SSH, stair lap.

6,6,6,6, 60 SSH, stair lap.

9,9,9,9, 90 SSH, stair lap

12,12,12,12, 120 SSH, stair lap

15,15,15,15,  150 SSH, stair lap

A few got the opportunity to rinse and repeat until time.
