After an AMLAP Q Saturday, an AMHAP Q seemed like a fitting way to start this fine Labor Day. Indeed it was. 8 pax labored and are better for it.

THE THANG

AMHAP: ~0.2 miles up to the Freedom Hall Aquatic Center sign. Start at bottom. Up to top and back to bottom counts as 1. AMHAP in 30 minutes. Modify as needed. Pax got somewhere in the neighborhood of 6-9 reps. Over 5 miles logged for the 45 minutes by some pax.
