#Arrowhead AA Meeting

3 Beastly Pax came out on a warm humid morning for their AA meeting.  All 3 confessed that they were very close to missing the meeting, but came due to its importance in their lives.  Today was all about Abs and Arms.

THE THANG

We took our blocks to the playground to begin our AA meeting.  Everything was done in the style of 11’s but no running between exercises and the ab exercises were 4 count.
