Three of the beastliest of the beastly arrowhead PAX gathered on a cool clear muggy morning to rack up some miles.

THE THANG

Start with 15 Merkins, 50 LBC, 25 curls- Run down the hill, around the baseball field, around the track and around the front of the school to the playground.  Once there, 15 merkins, 10 Pullups, 50 Freddie Mercury.  Run back to start and repeat 2 more times.  Last time run one extra lap for a total of 3 miles.
