THE THANG

W/Partner cumulative: 100 Burpees = B, 150 overhead Air Press = O, 200 Merkins = M, 250 Big Boy SU = B, 300 Squats = S – 1 PAX kept the reps going while the other ran up the hill and back. Note: not many people got to the 300 squats due to Time – I will plan to get on the Q again and begin my next workout with the S.

Our running was approx 2 miles worth of hills as the reps happened
