THE THANG

B.O.M.B.S. – continuous reps with partner –   1 Pax runs up Tombstone Hill while the partner does the reps of the exercise – then switch when back from the hill

Exercises w/ reps – Burpees x 50, Overhead Claps x 100,  Merkins x 150, Big Boy Sit ups x 200, Squats x 250 – took 32 min to complete
