THE THANG
So for this morning YHC wanted to ensure everyone had something that would please the PAX, whom had layered up appropriately. Similar to Blackjack the game would be played going up to a 21 count. YHC chose alternating forms of Merkins and Zercher Squats for this Q. Blackfrost, as the name was given, is what was surfaced about midway through. There was frost glistening from beards and beanie’s alike.
In total there were a little over 230 Merkins and 230 ZS performed this morning.
