Buddy Up – Laps and Sprints

9 PAX took to The Hill to let Monday know what’s up. Perfect 60 degree morning.

THE THANG

Partner up and let’s log some miles. Partner one runs a lap aroud the track while partner two runs AMRAP sprints to the opposite goal line and back. Switch when partner one completes the lap. When partner two completes their lap, step down to 90 yard AMRAP sprints. Rinse and repeat moving down 10 yards per round until time is called.

Time was called with 4min remaining. Close with 100 yard sprints with 10sec recovery until 6:15

Mileage varied but most got above 4 with some as high as 5.25. Strong work for 45min.
