PAX lined up on the sidewalk and bear crawled (whilst dragging a coupon) to Cone 1. At Cone 1 – 25 Dead Lifts. Mosey back to start.

Bear crawl to Cone 1. Overhead Carry to Cone 2 – 25 curls. Mosey back to start.

Bear crawl to Cone 1. Overhead Carry to Cone 2. Bear Crawl to Cone 3 – 25 Merkins. Mosey back to start.

Bear crawl to cone 1. Overhead carry to cone 2. Bear crawl to cone 3. Overhead carry to cone 4. 25 modified bear complexes. Mosey back to start.

Rinse & Repeat for another round. Some PAX don’t know how to appreciate a good bear crawl.
