Change of Plans

Upper 60s on a partly cloudy and pleasant morning. 8 Pax including 3 from Chicagoland posted with just enough block coupons to get the job done.  YHC planned a nice leg day with Rocky Balboas and Everests and hill sprints.  But YHC proceeded to roll his ankle 15 hours earlier during a not-so exciting game of disc golf.  So Wobbly Wobblestein decided to change the plans.

• Jack Webb to 10/40 • 11’s: Curls and Dips, walking across the 8 lanes of the track in between • 11’s: Bent over rows and Australian Snow Angels (4ct), 10 yards apart on the field • 11’s: Spoon crunches (each side) and Superman (in seconds), 10 yards apart on the field

We probably didn’t move beyond a 30 yard radius of the flag.
