8 doods rolled up in their vehicles and then rolled up their sleeves and got to work. Weather was positively splendid if you like high humidity, which I do, because F3 is held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold, desert or tropical rainforest.

THE THANG

We made our way to the playground with our coupons for a gentle, compassionate beatdown. A prison yard workout with one partner doing the following sequentially around the four corners of a combined two parking spaces:

10 horizontal lunges

10 spiderman push ups

10 KBS

10 dry docks

Whilst the other partner ran between the pull up bars and the swings to do the following:

6 commando pull ups

6 horizontal rows on a block
