• Hearts – American hammer w/ coupon • Diamonds – Triceps Presses w/ coupon • Spades – Side Straddle Press w/ coupon • Clubs – ‘Merkins on one side of the block then walk hands over the block to the other side of the block and ‘Merkin on the other side

PAX completed 1 1/4 miles.  Goal is to complete 2 miles the next time someone has the stupid idea to bring the deck out again!
