Shouldered the 45lb Pleasurebag® (that’s the official F3 name for my particular sandbag) and took a walk to the hill. Did a two man Dora, where one Pax runs up the hill with the Pleasurebag®:

• 100 Double Shots of Jack • 150 Squats • 300 SSH

The, to the pull-up bars for a pull-up / toes to bar ladder.

Then, about 100 years of bear crawls with 5 merkins at each double parking spot, for a total of about 75 Merkins.

That was enough.
