Deck of Cards

With a 65 degree gloom it couldn’t be a better time to gather around and play some cards. 16 pax gathered around for a deck of death.

THE THANG

This was a simple workout,  take a deck of cards assign an exercise to each suit and do the number on the card. 35 minutes to complete

• Clubs-LBCs • Spades-Squats • Diamonds-Flutter Kicks • Hearts-8-Count Man Makers • Face cards 15, Aces 20, Jokers which were stair run • ohbyeah so we didn’t waste too much time I took the 2,3,4s out.

So to get get it started the cards were dealt out. As the cards were played around the circle the pax were to count it off in cadence, This was good practice for Q’ing in the future. On a side note I believe everyone loved the 8-count.
