THE THANG

It has been just over a year since YHC lead his first Q.  We are going to recycle the Q from that day. Enter the deck of death with coupons blocks/sandbags.  A few pax donned a weighted vest #beasts.  VQ occurred on a saturday which took a majority of the hour.  Today we are going to knock it out in 45 minutes.  Reps were the number on the card, face cards 10, Aces 11.

In recent message at church, the importance of relationships was discussed. As humans, we desire true genuine relationships.  Life has become wide open and full of activities, work, sports, etc and the relationships that we have become shallow, because we do not have the time to invest in them.

I am grateful for the relationships that have formed and continue to form thanks to F3.  Thank you guys for always keeping me accountable, motivated and encouraged. Keep EHing men that need F3.
