And Mosey to Station 3
• 20 Incline Merkins • 20 Dips
And Crab Walk to Station 4
• 30 Little Baby Crunches • 30 Mountain Climbers (30 each leg)
And Mosey to Station 5
• 10 Jump Squats • 20 Curls
And Bear Crawl to Station 6
• 15 Shoulder Presses • 20 Little Baby Arm Circles
And Mosey to Station 7
• 15 Carolina Dry Docks • 10 Burpees
And High Step to Station 8
• 15 Upright Rows • 15 Squats
