Dopee and Hee Haw’s Year End Block Party

2 eager and willing Pax showed up at The Range on an unseasonably mild and humid last day of the year for a “killer workout” and decided to “choose growth over stagnation.” We grabbed our coupons and got to work.

We stretched on our own. Dopee even ran down to the lower parking lot to look for the missing Kardashian and Whiplash.

THE THANG

20 dips on the curb, 5 burpees, 20 curls, 5 burpees, 20 OHP, 5 burpees, 20 KBS, 5 burpees… run a small track lap… rinse and repeat.

After a few rounds of the above we ended the Thang with 5 burpees.

As is usually the case, I WOULD NOT HAVE done this kind of thang on my own.
