The annual NFL draft begins tonight which inspired YHC to create a F3 draft board beatdown.  7 PAX – with various scouting experience by posting at previous beatdowns – arrived at draft central to put in their work.

Warm-up

• SSH IC x 20 • Slow squats IC x 10 • LBAC reverse IC x 10 • Seal claps IC x 10 • Overhead claps IC x 10

• LBAC forward IC x 10 • TTT IC x 10

The Thang

7 round F3 Draft – PAX would draft their F3 exercise in alphabetical order of their F3 name.  All PAX would Al Gore until all picks were in.  Perform AMRAP of drafted exercise for 2 minutes then mosey for a Pavilion lap to begin the next round.  At the end of each round, the first PAX to pick would draft last the next round.  After the 7 th round, undrafted exercises entered free agency.  Beginning with the highest number of undrafted exercises, all PAX would complete the same exercise for 1 minute and work their way down the draft board.
