THE THANG
I miss seeing Escape Hatch and suffering through his beat downs (well, definitely the former and maybe the latter…). He’s doing great things for the men and community of Erwin so I told him Saturday I was going honor his recent Q from a week ago for the guys at Arrowhead. What follows is inspiration and ideas from a good man.
Round 1
• Indian Run around the track. The # of Pax and timing couldn’t have worked any better as everyone got a chance to sprint from the back as we completed one lap. • Iron Hulk up to 10:40 • Plank Jacks x30IC • LBAC x10IC (then reverse) • Mountain Climbers x30IC • Plank Jacks x15IC
Round 2
• Indian Run around the track. Again 1 perfect lap. • Iron Hulk up to 5:20 • Heels to Heaven x20IC • LBC x20IC (3sec hold) • Side Crunch x 15IC • LBC x15IC (regular) • Side Crunch your other side x15IC (admittedly YHC’s form is absolutely atrocious)
Round 3
• Indian Run around the track. The PAX did not disappoint and finished perfectly at the flag. • Iron Hulk up to 5:20
Release the Hounds!!
From into groups of 3.
• 40 Yard Dash Sprint Relays. YHC kept his eye on the clock. Estimated that each member ran 5+ times.
Mary
• Shoulder Pretzels—>Moroccan Nightclubs—>Shoulder Pretzels—>Moroccan Nightclubs at YHC discretion • Flutter Kicks x40IC • Boat—>Canoe—>Boat—>Canoe at YHC discretion until 6:15am

The PAX at Arrowhead are a consistent and hardworking group of men striving to be better. It was great to see Schotzy out on a Tuesday (he’s traveling this Saturday so he made it a point to post at least once this week to get better). Also, Butterfingers is working HARD to get better and I hope he feels the encouragement to keep posting and keep working because results will start to show. To him and all, keep it up!
