YHC decided to keep it simple today and not overthink it. Just a couple rounds of 11’s. The first one was underdogs and imperial squat walkers. Second was merkins and H2H. Next did some turbo 7’s with pull-ups and squats.  We still had a bit of time for  Mary

4 corners of Mary.  Moseyed to swings for Freddy Mercury’s then to the next corner of the school for flutter kicks, then continued around the school for dying cockroach’s.  Lastly we finished back at the flag for a jobs plank
