• Lap 1 10 Burpees • Lap 2 10 HR Merkins • Lap 3 10 Shoulder Taps (R/L = 1) • Mosey to Corner 3

Corner 3

• Lap 1 20 Lunges (each leg = 1) • Lap 2 20 Imperial Walkers • Lap 3 20 Flying Nuns (each leg = 1) • Bernie Sanders to Corner 4

Corner 4

• Lap 1 30 LBCs • Lap 2 30 Reverse Crunches • Lap 3 30 Flutter Kicks (R/L = 1) • Mosey to back Corner 1
