1 st ¼ – 10 step-ups each leg

2 nd ¼ – 10 Merkins

3 rd ¼ – 10 Squats

4 th ¼ – 10 dips

Rinse and repeat with 1 less rep each lap (Countdown)

When the rockin’ tones of Europe’s “The Final Countdown” echo, 10 burpees in the center of the field (this happened twice)

Rudy managed 5 laps. Others inferior. No trophy given though.
