Mosey to the base of the hill for a little Tabata • Tabata Circuit  Routine. Most exercises had a duration of 45 seconds with a 15 sec Rest built in. AMRAP in the 45 sec.

• Squats • Incline Merkins • LBCs • Flutter Kicks • Block Press • Curls • Plank • Flutter Kicks • Overhead Press • Mountain Climbers • Bernie Sanders up the Hill • Kettlebell Swings

Rinse n Repeat until time is called.  PAX made it through 2.5 rounds
