We were slightly interrupted by an exorbitantly long Burpee train to help, in case we were not warm.

THE THANG

Tabata Circuit  Routine. Most exercises had a duration of 45 seconds with a 15 sec Rest built in. AMRAP in the 45 sec.

• Squats • Incline Merkins • LBCs • Flutter Kicks • Block Press • Curls • Plank • Flutter Kicks • Overhead Press • Mountain Climbers • Run • Box Jumps/Step Ups

Rinse n Repeat until time is called.  PAX made it through 2.5 rounds

Just enough time to do a little Shoulder Pretzels 30 IC. We had to allow for time to capture all 5 FNGs.
