Nearly perfect weather greeted the 11 men that rose to today’s workout

THE THANG

Mosey to the field (it hasn’t rained in a week and the middle is finally dry), YHC decided to make use of this lovely circumstance and allow the PAX to spread out a bit yet be together.

RX for the day:  2 Stations at opposite ends of the park were established, on each side PAX would do a descending ladder starting at 21.  On one side forehead scrapers and monkey humpers, on the other side dips and pickle pounders.  PAX could either run on the sidewalk to the opposite end of the park or bearcrawl across the field.

YHC logged 2 miles by electing to run.

Nearly did not have any time left but elected to Freddy Mercury for the 40 seconds remaining.
