14 Pax showed up to lift some heavy things and do a little running.

THE THANG

Mosey to Tombstone Hill for a little lifting and a little running.

At the bottom: 20 overhead press and 20 rows. Proceed to run to the top.

At the top: 20 Merkins and 20 squats.

Decrease the reps by 2 after each round (20 of each, 18 of each, 16 of each, and so on).

When you get to 10 reps, do 5 burpees halfway up the hill. A few Pax completed the circuit before time was called.
