Yes it was QvsQ today at another AO, and mad props to those that participated and congrats to the winner. However, I do believe it’s written in stone somewhere that arrowhead never closes. So YHC to the Q and 7 other arrows showed up to fill the quiver. 4 laps were planned full of exercises around the track at each mid point of the straits and curves. Lap 1: 10 mike Tyson’s, 10 hand release merkins, 10 Rosalitas (or hello dollys) 10 OHP. Lap 2: 20 step ups each leg, 20 merkins, 20 dying cockroaches, 20 curls. Lap 3: 30 lunges, 30 dips, 30 flutter kicks, 30 BOR. Lap 4: 40 squats, 40 incline merkins, 40 Freddy Mercury’s, 40 lawnmowers (20 each arm).
