Interval Training: Take 2

YHC is prepping for a marathon with the M.  Needed 5 miles.  Interval training is a way to get high mileage.  Ergo…interval training it was for 9 PAX…

Weather: Can’t remember…took too long to write up the BB.  Let’s say it was a perfect 55 degrees with a soothing breeze coming in off the ocean.  Sunny…birds chirping…not a cloud in the sky.

THE THANG

Intervals as follows – those in lead mosey back to the six during every mosey period to keep the pax together

• 20 second sprint then 20 second mosey x 3 • 40 second sprint/40 second mosey x 3 • 1 min sprint/1 min mosey x 3 • 1 min 20 sec sprint/1 min 20 sec mosey x 4 • 1 min sprint/1 min mosey x 3 • 40 second sprint/40 second mosey x 3 • 20 second sprint/20 second mosey x 4 • Keep legs moving for final 2 minutes
