THE THANG

Part 1

YHC was happy to bring a chipper routine to Wilderness Road. Each PAX was armed with a block, plate or sandbag.

• 50 squats • 40 stiff leg deadlifts • 30 alternating lunges • 20 overhead press • 10 block burpees • 20 overhead press • 30 alternating lunges • 40 stiff leg deadlifts • 50 squats • 400m(approximate) carry/run

Part 2

2 lines marked out approximately 40 yards apart. PAX will sprint across parking lot and complete 20 reps of a movement. Then backwards run to starting point to plank for the 6.

Exercises: merkins, flutter kicks(4:1 cadence), t plank merkins and burpees.

Shared with PAX what F3 has meant to me and how I have noticed a difference in my attitude the past few weeks that I’ve been out.
