• 1st Series • Burpee/clean/Press • Shrugs • Curls • Overhead Press • Plank Drags • Squats

Repeat 3x

• 2nd Series • Kettle Bells • Step Ups • Bench Press • Tricep Extensions • Flutter Kicks w/ sandbag • Merkin Drags Repeat 3x
