Two rounds of station work, lead by PAX on tire flip or farmers carry.

Round 1.

• Tire Flip • Tire sledge hammer • tire drag with 12″ cider block • Block rope pull • Loin King • plank • Colt 45’s with 80’s styling free weights • Walking lunges with 80’s style free weight held above your head

Round 2.

• Farmers carry • tire sit ups with sledge hammer • tire slam • Al Gore • toe taps • sandbag powerclings • tricep extension and yes with 80’s style free weights • down and back parking spot sprints

My son Everett told myself and M this week that he and another student, shared true meaning of Christmas with two others students at STREAM camp this week.  These students knew nothing of Jesus Christ. Well they do now! Amen
